Marco Rivero is a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) advisor and partner in multiple small businesses, complemented by his extensive global travel experiences and his roles as a dedicated husband and father to two young children.​

With a robust nine-year tenure at Ball Corporation, a Fortune 300 company, Marco honed his skills in M&A, in both buy-side and sell-side transactions. These deals ranged from $30 million to $700 million, encompassing both domestic and international deals. His role within the corporate development group placed him in strategic proximity to the C-Suite, where he was tasked with identifying and developing new growth avenues for the company through acquisition, strategic partnerships, vertical integration, among other strategies.

Marco’s passion for small business grew tremendously after having the rare opportunity to help launch and run a startup beverage brand, founded by Hollywood celebrity Jason Momoa. In this role, Marco was responsible for designing and developing a supply chain and distribution model that would eventually take the product nationally through major retailers like Whole Foods and Sprouts Farmers Market.

Beyond his professional life, Marco enjoys traveling overseas, indulging in international cuisine, and spending time raising a young family. He and his wife also launched a event rental business in Denver, which they’ve thoroughly enjoyed running together.

Marco received a master’s degree in accounting from Colorado State University. He also holds a bachelor’s in business administration with minors in French and German.

Alex Alvarez is a prominent entrepreneur, accomplished in real estate, finance, and small business management. Coming from a long line of small business owners, he has successfully operated various enterprises, achieving over $30 million in sales and investing in a $4 million real estate portfolio across multiple states. He is also currently expanding his own portfolio of small businesses through acquisition.

Inspired by his father’s longstanding small business legacy, Alex has seamlessly blended his extensive financial education and practical experience to excel in his ventures and support numerous individuals in reaching their business goals.

In addition to his many professional accomplishments, Alex is a dedicated family man, residing on a picturesque farm with his wife and three children, where they enjoy the serenity of rural life. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, complemented by multiple professional certifications.

Alex values his time spent with family, engages in agricultural activities, and pursues travel and exploration in his free time. His commitment to work, community, and family showcases his entrepreneurial zeal and adherence to the values instilled in his upbringing.
